http://www.mayang.com/textures this site is having good collection of high resolution texture, which you can use for your 3d and composting application and most important is that it is free, but if you want all of them you can buy also.
Site contains more then 3400 texture divided into different categories like Architectural, building, Fabric, Stone, wood [...]
